Leading complex, multi-stakeholder deals into the largest enterprise and public sector buyers in MEA. Consistent overachievement against quota across very different markets and economic conditions. Backed by my skills in large account management, strategic account planning, and team leadership that gets the results.

Strategic Alliances and Channel Management

Building the partner ecosystems that enterprise software depends on in this region. From the Quintica-ServiceNow Elite Partnership to Cisco–Red Hat and Canonical–Cisco Alliance to the ALEC–Submer sustainable data centre partnership. I lead the commercial agreements with the customer, ensure the right certified technical team deploys, and run the joint go-to-market plans that turn a logo on a slide into a real pipeline.

Go-to-Market & Market Entry

Translating global strategy into regional traction. I've stood up new businesses and built market entry plans across the Middle East and Africa for companies including Canonical, YVOLV (the Alibaba Cloud joint venture), and most recently ServiceNow Arabia in Riyadh. The work spans market research, regulatory navigation, hiring, channel build, and the operating cadence required to make the first eighteen months credible.

Cloud Service Provider & Open Source Specialist

Two decades at the front of the enterprise technology shift in MEA. From Africa's first outsourced Internet Security Solution at Dimension Data, through CloudStack, OpenStack, IaaS, PaaS, Big Data and the first Cisco-Powered Cloud in the GCC, to today's work on sovereign cloud, sustainable data centres, and AI-driven service operations on the ServiceNow platform.

AI Adoption

Advising clients on practical AI adoption — building ServiceNow AI roadmaps, integrating the platform with third-party large language models and agentic AI frameworks, and connecting it to the data layer where customers already run on Snowflake or Databricks. Recently led a six-month AI roadmap for a UAE government entity and a major regional airport. Both came in convinced they had an AI strategy problem; in reality they had an integration and operating-model problem — and that's where I focus.
